Financial Supervisor in Latvia suspends “PNB Bank” Financial Operations.
On August 15th, 2019 The Financial and Capital Market Commission (FKTK) decided to suspend the financial operations of the “PNB Bank” in Latvia. Therefore, currently, all services provided by the bank are suspended.
All clients under the national law has a right to claim the guaranteed compensation of up to 100 000 EUR per person, so that PNB Bank money recovery in Latvia is provided.
For clients’ whose deposits in the “PNB Bank” exceed 100 000 EUR, has a right to receive the guaranteed compensation of 100 000 EUR, and to file a creditors claim when the bank liquidation or insolvency proceedings commence.
Be informed that we provide full client representation services in the process of financial asset recovery from the “PNB Bank” to ensure clients’ with the guaranteed compensation in the amount of 100 000 EUR.
